Marvel Cinematic Universe celebrity Anthony Mackie had Twitter jumping after his appearance on Variety’s “Awards Circuit” podcast on Thursday, June 17. Mackie took the opportunity to shut down rumors about his personality, Sam Wilson aka Falcon, would be entering into a homosexual relationship with his friend Bucky played by Sebastian Stan. The two play best friends on the Disney+ miniseries “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” and Mackie was asked about fans “outright wanting Sam and Bucky to become a couple.”
