Super Smash Bros Pride Headcanons v5.0!

Don’t worry, I didn’t forget. Well, not completely anyways.

As you can probably guess (especially if you follow my main), my attention has been mostly taken up my other special interests as of late. In such a state, it’s difficult to make myself focus on the blog even when I want to, and it’s even more tough to think of headcanons that are both in-character and interesting.

I’m not putting the blog on any hiatus, though–when people reflect of an “indefinite hiatus” they think, “Well, the blog is dead, time to pack it up and move on.” I don’t want to do that, because I do still like coming back when I find myself in the mood. The difficulty is just in conclusion myself in that mood. As a result, things on the blog will be slow, and there might be several days or even a couple of weeks of next to nothing.

But enough of my unrelated rambling. All my queer headcanons for Super Smash Bros, below the read more!!! Not a lot has changed admittedly; most of the change is regarding pronoun usage.

My last post focused on impressions of a trio of mobile games: Dandy DungeonForget-Me-Not and Heart Star. I enjoyed all three and solidly recommended each of them as result.

Of course, it's easy to throw your weight behind games that basically are free. (You can hand over money to support you through Dandy Dungeon, but in my experience it's not necessary. Also, you can pay a couple of bucks to eliminate ads from Heart Star, but otherwise it won't charge you a dime.)

The 3DS titles discussed in this write-up are not so cheap. Go! Go! Kokopolo 3D will set you back just shy of six bucks (or a smidgen over after you factor in taxes), while Kirby: Planet Robobot and Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World will cost you five to seven times that amount (about $30 to $40), depending on where you pick up a copy.

Are they worth those amounts? Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World is more than worth its asking price, assuming you tend to appreciate platformers. I'd say the same about Kirby: Planet Robobot if the asking price in question is closer to $30 than $40 and if you're OK with straightforward games that

Hey Gaymers!: Apex Legends, Yoshi’s Crafted Planet, Kirby’s Extra Monumental Yarn

March is a sickening month for gaymers across Australia, not only because of Mardi Gras but also because there’s a superb lineup of games to celebrate with.

One thing I don’t plug enough in my column is free demos and with that said, I recommend downloading Kirby’s Extra Grand Yarn on the Nintendo 3DS.

Although the 3DS hasn’t had many game releases since the Nintendo Switch came out, Nintendo have assured the fan base they can co-exist and will continue to build their library.

If you have a 3DS, this game justifies dusting it off and embracing the re-release which comes out later this month.

The free demo is out now and will let you play as a yarn-like Kirby. As opposed to the normal concept of inhaling enemies to steal their abilities, you can now constantly transform your fabric-like body to do some incredible moves.

Any Kirby fan will truly appreciate this title and any recent fan will care for a chance to try it out.

A brand-new release that already has over twenty-five million players is Apex Legends, and it’s worth getting into immediately.

It’s a free download that has the battle r
